"We knew Tami from a few years back. We emailed her from New York 3 or 4 months before we moved to our winter home in Venice, Fl. Within 30 minutes she called and inquired about our intent with our Florida home. Told her we would call her when we arrived in Florida and after we made our decision to sell our home.
Once we decided to sell we called Tami and she came over within the hour and discussed her market analysis of our property. She toured our property and indicated a reasonable selling price which was much more than we had thought. Her office Manager, Michelle, came over and made a photo journal of our home and property. We reviewed and approved it. We went live with our listing 3 or 4 weeks later on a Friday afternoon. At 11:00 AM on the next morning Tami called and said she had an offer; cash client, turn-key, and above our asking price. Later that afternoon we electronically signed the offer, and the rest was history.
We cannot say enough positive things about Tami and her staff. They were up-front with every detail and their communications were super. We even were able to do the "seller closing" in her office and were not required to be present at the final closing.
